I love Weebly, and have been using it to create websites for the last three years. I first learned about it during my undergrad at Saint John Fisher College while taking an educational technology course. I found that it was so easy to use, had great layout features, and was free which are all reasons why I have stuck with it in creating my own personal websites and blogs as time has passed.
One reason that Weebly seems to be so intuitive is it's drag and drop features. This allows you to drag basic common areas of your website directly on to the page, in the location that you would want. For instance, if you wanted a title, an image and than text you can drag the elements in that order (or rearrange them once on the page if you don't like how they look!) This really makes the page similar to playing with building blocks and allows for a visual learner like myself to see my work and physically move pieces before committing to a layout and publishing.
